Ordered via Shopee, and after a few days, received the item with a crack on the side of the pitcher (I have a video of our unboxing). Still, I pressed order received in hopes that it was just a minor aesthetic fault (my mistake!). Turned out, the blender's blades are faulty; they would leak and some parts would even chip off. Seller wouldn't let me return the item and get my money back. Scammer!
