Dealt with her last year, december. I literally paid for a damaged wedges. Total damage 100%, yep. Claimed that it hasn't been worn and was in GOOD condition. Even a 3 year old kid would know the difference of a damaged item or not. As a luxury retailer myself, I don't take bullshits as that. No full refund eventhough item was damaged. Supposed to get back to me after her december trip but went quiet after. FYI, I am a non fussy person, BUT THIS PISSED ME OFF BIG TIME.
