Apologies if the item didn’t meet your expectations, especially considering it was just purchased for just a fraction of its original price. You had every opportunity to request more photos or ask more questions, but you seemed quite eager to proceed with the purchase. Also, as mentioned, this was a pandemic purchase—Converse sneakers are prone to slight yellowing due to oxidization over time.
Then why couldn’t you reply to messages due to my concerns? Even if I didn’t ask for any additional pictures of the shoes you should’ve at least informed me about the oxidation. And also if the shoes were that prone to it why is the oxidation only on one pair of the shoes? Enlighten me. I wouldn’t have this big of a problem to your listing if you were cooperative on the very start and easy to talk with privately.
