Seller mentions in the description TWICE, that the product was brand new and yet it arrived like this (refer to image). I'd even checked the packaging for possibility of leaks but there is none - so it was obviously already used before being sold to me. It is the seller's onus to inform that product has been opened and used. She has broken the seller-buyer trust. Extremely disappointing.

The Beauty consultants mentioned that is same applied to other products. I am sorry for the misunderstanding. If you are unhappy with the product I am OK to get it back. And I had pay for the extra postage fee 🙂
