I really enjoyed the facial by Jo! She explained every step clearly and also made good recommendations for my skin type. Extractions are quite bearable and there wasn't any redness afterwards. It was also relaxing and I fell asleep during the session. She even prepared a Christmas gift which was such a lovely gesture :) I will return again!
