Demanded upfront payment last-minute before pick up. Would have sabotaged the deal if I wasn’t on my phone. Low-trust, fussy seller. Wouldn’t do biz with again.

First of all, the buyer arranged for pick up at 2pm. However, he sent the mover to collect earlier at 1230pm instead. He requested to release the chair first before payment as he said he could not pay at that point of time and will pay later. My stand has always been payment upon collection, which I believe is fair to all parties. When I told him no collection till payment, he made the payment immediately. Thought he could not make payment at the point of collection?
