先說結論，就是以一個良品偏高的價格賣一個不良品給別人！收到的商品是蠻嚴重的螢幕液化瑕疵，買前跟賣家聊時已說明要螢幕正常可視，但實際狀況已不符合螢幕正常可視的定義，賣家還覺得可視？！很遺憾聊聊詢問時賣家都未提醒告知！ (Ps 充電也充不進去，指示燈一秒熄滅根本壞的！&附贈卡帶壞的這就算了，螢幕真的太誇張）且原商品頁標示：功能正常=＞是不正確的！已經涉嚴重的廣告不實！！ ##買賣標準## 如果是二手買賣：若賣家標示「功能正常」，螢幕卻有液化或嚴重老化，這不屬於功能正常的範圍。再來想說明一下，不是每個人都有時間且願意面交，這牽扯到時間成本和風險，但如果雙方已經協議好以寄件交易就應該如實告知狀況，而非以近似欺騙的方式來掩飾商品瑕疵？（原商品照片螢幕的部分僅放一張以無法辨識螢幕瑕疵的角度的照片），買前私訊又刻意不說？之後才道歉，還要求買家面交處理？為什麼賣家的問題還要買家配合？
