I had a professional transaction with this person, but they used passive-aggressive language and initially lowballed my item. However, I still accepted their offer since it was reasonable considering the item’s condition. This page is spreading misinformation. My doll does not have any missing hair strands, and the lip smudge was clearly visible in the photos I provided in my original listing.
I’d like to clarify: I did not lowball your item, I simply asked if you were open to a discount, which you declined. The price was only adjusted after undisclosed issues became apparent. I wasn’t passive aggressive; I was asking for updates on an item I’d already paid forand u weren’t replying. Your listing stated “perfect screening” and no missing hair plugs, yet it arrived with a lip smudge and missing plugs, which I clearly provided you with photos. My review reflects the item I received. :)
