Product delivered not as feedback. 2 to 3 inches was advised but came as 4 inches the height of the heels which was too high for me. Wanted to deal on how to go about this but no reply from seller except sorry. I felt ignored and cheated. Gave ample time for seller to feedback but went silent after that. As a seller you should get your facts right before selling if not its just gonna leave a bad impression on your buyer. And worse if there is no reply to the feedback.

Met the seller to try on the shoe. It was bit dirty on the outersole and those outside white colored areas a bit dirty too. But after cleaning it plus snipped off some uncomfortable thread in the innersole-uncomfortable due to the thread sticking out, it was quite worth it. Other minor defects can still be nego. Thank you!
