asked for the half payment of the item to secure the transaction prior to bringing the item here w me in mnl since it was from the province. she said that she was abroad and she’ll be sending the half payment to hold the dress. i responded ok & asked for a full payment instead since i already brought the item w me here. she wasnt responding to my messages anymore and didnt give further updates
