I told her that if she could not fix it, I could go to help her. If she was not satisfied with the item, she could return and get refund. She had no responses for two weeks. According to the Carousell return policy, the timeline had passed. Today she asked for return and used rude and offensive words.

This client is extremely disrespectful. Despite not having paid, she requested a meetup.My elderly father, who did not speak English, deliver the item to the meetup location.
