Compared to other PC system sellers, Blue Cross was extremely responsive and blew many of the others away in terms of speed of response and quality of response. It has been a while since I bought a brand new PC system and Blue Cross was very patient in answering many questions and scenarios. Two thumbs up for responsiveness and follow through. System is neat and tidy and works as hoped.
