it's reasonable to argue that im still in the inquiry/negotiation stage never confirmed any purchase yet. Generally, making an offer and having the seller accept it does not always mean a completed sale, especially if you never paid, never confirmed, and the platform's rules don't state that an accepted offer creates a binding purchase.so please dont assume and leaving bad review to something like this.
