The lady is very nice but the bag is below quality that I expected. The material “crunches” because it’s so Low quality it’s like plastic. Overall disappointed and I won’t use or gift this as it’s a bit embarrassing.

The seller is very aggressive and rude 🤭 she left an angry and crazy comment on my page because of my review, even though I was nice to her. Her product is VERY LOW quality - not for daily use, cannot use EVER, really like a plastic bag. She went and ranted and super rude on my page for no reason even though I was so reasonable. Stay away - look at all her response to Low reviews, so aggressive!

She accused me of being rude because she got confused with the unit number.
I drove to the seller's condo to collect the lamp due to security restrictions I requested The seller to come down to the gate which is easier for me to take the lamp,but the seller insisting me go upstairs his room to collect,but I was restricted to go upstairs in the lobby for the door number he provided,so I had to wait outside elevator quite a long time till another resident comes,when i tell him I think his action is rude and careless he said"what do you want"? Which is Very rude & careless
