Product was very defective, zipper spoilt. The threads were loose and the dress was close to falling apart. Made sure to ask for any defects before purchase also. Very disappointed as dress was meant for a very special event 😔 will greatly appreciate if refund will be given, will gladly return dress to seller if she wants
Zipper was thoroughly tried and tested the day night before I met the buyer which I have put across to her. How it ended up ‘spoilt’ in her hands, I have no idea. There was a subsequent photo which she mentioned the threads were loose, and maybe on that part I fail to notice it. BUT, it’s not as bad as the dress was close to FALLING APART. That is a major exaggeration.
