Tried the cat boarding and basic grooming services and had mixed reactions. Positive points: affordable price, flexible arrangements, relatively quick response Negative points: cat returned with foul stench on it and it’s cage, cat grooming left it with uneven and bald spots, update of cat status had to be prompted at first when I was overseas. To summarise, not really good and definitely room for improvements. Will need to bring my cat for another grooming session that’s more professional.😞
