I'm not sure if this buyer is serious. He expressed interest. I accepted his offer. Then, though I offered to meet him somewhere convenient, he didn't respond. Weeks went by. I decided to cancel his offer. He then offered to pay me first. After giving him my number, he went silent again. Ironically, he chided a buyer for being tardy.

Follow-up review

In mid-October, he asked about my Jellycat sun. I told him it would arrive in a few weeks. When it was here, I let him know. He made an offer, then went silent - no payment. His reason? Being overwhelmed with work. More silence. A week later, he said he'd been hospitalised. He offered to pay first. I waited a few more days - still no payment. By then, it'd been about three weeks. Tardy.
