The bag has many flaws that she did not disclose. When i received the parcel, it was not even packaged properly with proper protection. The bag was bent. When i confronted her that the bag has many cracks and flaking she said she packed it without those flaws and it might have been caused by the courier mishandling the parcel. She even asked if it’s the same bag that i purchased from her.
