I spent $25 but didn't receive anything. In the end, seller said my fault because my office wasn't open, which wasn't possible because it's an operations place which is open 7 days a week 9:00am to 10:00pm. According to his screenshot, item returned because "Parcel had no intended recipient". Which means it's a supplier issue that didn't state my delivery address in the first place. He denies it his service problem and claims it is my fault. He did not help me at all with this and I lost $25.
In the first place, the item will not be sent out without a address or recipient. Common sense. As you can clearly see in the tracking number, the item was sent out from the origin country and was in custom custody, arrived to Sg and reached your place. Later on it was sent back to the origin country as you were not in. It's your responsibility to check for notice left by the mail man as the item will be returned to the origin country after a week.
Postive: Item delivered as described. Pleasant transaction! Neutral: item was sent wrongly to another person but was able to sent me back. :) this user know mistake. The curtain was a bittoo long but worth it because the color was quite nice
