Buyer declined inspection/checking during collection for a brand new sealed item sold at a discounted price. A few days later, issues were raised and despite offering a goodwill reimbursement to help, I was met with abusive language, harassment, and repeated contact from multiple individuals.

Battery changing process was very fast and efficient. Done in less than 15mins. What could be better is the communication of arrival time by the Whatsapp operator. I was told I needed to wait for 30mins but the serviceman arrived at 90mins mark. Either there was poor communication between operator and serviceman, or operator chose not to be upfront fearing I will not agree to the deal.
