Made offer to reserve few items for few days. No Payment as promised. No update at the end.

The buyer bid the products but keep delaying the payment. After several chase, finally committed to pay by certain time, at the end use excuses such as “need time to download PAYME” to further delay the payment. Totally irresponsible buyer with extremely poor attitude. Highly discourage to waste time on this buyer.
The seller’s attitude was irritating. It is hard to trade with her. I was just asking for a slight amount of time like 15 mins as I have to download the e payment app and set it up with my credit card or stuffs but the seller questioned me with impolite and unacceptable attitude. I am SURE no one wants to pay at this situation.
