Upon reconnecting with the seller he agreed to refund the whole amount of the item and explained that he was not aware of the items condition as he had received the same as a gift on a company's event. I am thankful to the seller for acting wisely and accepting the feedback in a positive light. We are all humans and errors do occur.
Hello! The item was a corporate gift from a prestigious company and since I have no use for it, I have never opened it and assumed that the items are in good condition. One wouldn't think that a business partner would give used bottles as corporate gifts. You can tell that it has never been opened else there would be creases on the ribbon. It is indeed my oversight - I should have opened the box to see the contents. See you next week for the refund.
