Picked up item and noticed that a piece was missing when I reached home. The item appears to have been used without this piece as there are signs of wear. Contacted the seller who refused to discuss further and also refuses to refund. He claims that I inspected the item and accepted it - where in reality I had to pick up item and leave as he “something on the stove”.

Sadly there's always that one terrible interaction. I try my best to be accommodating but I had to draw the line at almost 25min of you turning the arm over and inspecting it with your gf only to head home and claim there's a missing piece even though I'd gone through everything with you meticulously. Unfortunately, carousell's poor rating system doesn't allow me to change my initial rating. You definitely are a 0.5 star buyer.
