despite this guy's terrible ratings, i decided to give him the benefit of the doubt. unfortunately, it seems like a recurring trend that he doesn't honour deals even after his offer has been accepted and a meet-up is arranged. i even offered to courier the item over to him for a nominal fee, but was rejected and subsequently ignored. don't waste your time!
