Ergobaby has confirmed that this Carouseller is NOT an authorised retailer of Ergobaby Carriers. A police report and Carousell Trust & Safety report has been filed against this seller. All photos of my carriers bought may be viewed at https://imgur.com/user/ergofake I raised a claim with photos for the 360's numerous defects within the 3days (as stated in the return policy), but was not able to get a refund as they have insisted their products are not fake, and then stopped responding.
This returning customer had purchased a carrier from us a few months before and said her baby likes it (we have the screenshot of that conversation), thus she would like to get another one as a spare carrier. Her 2nd purchase went smoothly and she even gave us a positive feedback for it (yes, this feedback was initially a positive). 3 DAYS LATER, she started raising so many issues with it. Now she even claimed she had issues with her previous carrier which she purchased months ago. Ridiculous!
