Bad experience. Seller did not honour the deal after accepting offer. If there are uncertainy, keep the options open so that buyer can continue to source for alternatives next time.
just to remember for another buyer and seller he said 1. you choose time ,you f*** up 2. its rainy, you f*** up 3.you try to convince for another time, you f*** up 4. you apologize, you f*** up too but i think he is a good guy, just be on time or you will be f*** up with him.. and dont transaction on special day with him..like valentine or xmas day.. his heart so fragile
I can't believe such person actually exist. Ask someone to come to your area and telling you a range of time and you agree it. Good will I give in and step out of my area from hougang travel all the way down to your area at farrer park with my kids and my wife during valentine day and you screwed it up. If you can't decide or confirm a time don't give your promise and then keep pushing later and later in the end didn't show up. Worst you turned back and bite me like a small little wild dog. F.U.
