Offered $40 for wheelchair through the system, but proceeded to persistently haggled more after we decided on rendezvous point. As he wanted to deal asap but I was out, my mum assisted to deal with him outside my house. He went on to try his luck to haggle it with my mum. Will not deal again, not fuss free. Thanks.
