tldr: Irresponsible and wasted all my time and energy bringing the item around (it was not small) Agreed on price and arranged meet up time but nv commit and plan. Rearranged anither day and waited for hours even past the original time he requested for and still no show, say jam in JB. Rearranged again but suddenly he back out again on that day itself, trying to baragain the price lower.
