Sorry but I was using the access code provided from 12pm to 4pm in many different ways but it didnโt work. Hope that it wasnโt used by other people hence I was getting the error in the photo. Super sad experience today. :(

sorry for the bad experience, but i found out later on that the Ticketmaster site itself that was down as some of my codes started working after a while after receiving that same error, with many other people having the same experience, but anyways again really sorry that you didnโt manage to get your tickets using the code
