agree with @icecluby. definetely cloned products. razer headphones was of quite bad quality and spoiled within 2 months, even though i took quite good care of it. fragile products. fakes.
*sealed/cloned products without warranty* i bought a set of jlab epic 2. it is impossible to examine the battery life upon dealing. it does not come with warranty even though it is sealed. battery life is ridiculous, could barely hit 3 hours on those, where the box claims 12 hours. no reply from the seller after days when i asked for an exchange, or for the seller himself to test the headphones, because his products are damaged. deal at your own risk.
Note: It was communicated to the buyer that the items being sold, while sealed and boxed, do not have additional warranty provided unless otherwise stated, due to pricing and shipping reasons. Therefore, we would usually encourage our buyers to check on the item immediately upon purchase for any faults. This particular buyer agreed upon the terms and was passed a sealed set. However, he repeatedly demanded for an exchange and warranty some time after the purchase.
