Offers a lower price, and the seller accepts the offered price, but then the buyer cancels upon seeing the location of the seller. Carousell sellers would appreciate it if you read before offering a lower price. Sellers who accept are already making a compromise by agreeing to a lower offered price. :) Thanks!
