Buyer chose SF after we couldn’t arrange a meetup. After receiving, buyer insisted they are smaller than size 39. Buyer expected refund simply because the boots felt tight on her, despite CLEAR sizing information posted initially and the agreed risk of delivery. Sellers should be prepared for possible disputes over size even when descriptions are accurate to face unreasonable accusation.

因雙方時間無法配合面交，買家同意以順豐到付方式收貨。商品為本人僅試穿的過膝長靴，刊登已標明為39碼，並附上原淘寶店提供的尺寸圖。買家收貨後表示「39碼唔會咁細，我平時著38、39都啱」，其後更無端聲稱其為假貨（唔知假d咩 我從來無話係牌子野），與事實並不相符。買家只因為自己覺得太緊便要求退款，但尺寸已清楚列明以及買家應承擔順豐本身的風險。溝通過程中指控並不合理，建議其他賣家與此買家交易前，先確認其對鞋碼及非面交風險的理解。
