This seller’s book item was advertised as “99% new” but arrived with in used condition, with dog ears and a creased spine upon cursory inspection. Not wanting to cause a fuss and waste the trip, I accepted it, only to discover later that there was a big crease across the front cover. Unhelpful and disappointing
