Item wasn’t delivered as described. Seller assured me that there are no defects, but item has 2 holes. Didn’t apologise and said that it was BNWT and she didn’t notice it. Update: Refunded
I gave you the benefit of the doubt and refunded you the money. In all honesty, when I received the item back, I am very sure that the defect was not there when I personally packed the pants. It is too obvious a spot for one to miss it. The item is indeed brand new with tag and i do check my items before selling them. I think you may have created the hole when you tried it on.
