James is a really good coach! He really takes time to teach me the correct punching and kicking technique. He also includes cardio during training, which helped me to lose a lot of weight! Really fun training with James, that’s why been doing it for more than a year already!

He's a patient and thoughtful trainer, cares about the fundamentals alot and gives encouragements to motivate me as well to do better. :)


class was very fun and engaging, instructor was very patient and knowledgable with his teaching. very good!! would recommend :)

Great trainer Fun workouts with sessions paced to your individual needs Punctual, accommodating to your schedule, professional and friendly Highly recommended for serious practitioners or those who want to try another form of fitness and exercise

Boxing: Coach is patient with child and make sure child learns the proper techniques.

Badminton: He is a very nice person who is very willing to teach you the Badminton skills to improve yourself. Lessons are fun and interesting.

A dedicated Trainer. Takes time to perfect my techniques and is willing to tailor the training programme to suit my goals and objectives. Highly recommended to those who wants to learn Kickboxing, keep fit, lose weight and whatever your goals might be. Two thumbs up.

Kickboxing:very understanding and patient with my child

I would have never guessed how much impact your boxing workout could have on me.Trainer is Friendly, supportive and motivating all at the time. You will not only see great results, but you will have a great time working out.

Kickboxing: Been following his diet and training plan for 2 months and I’ve lost about 7kg! He’s a nice coach who’s quite knowledgeable in his field. Just a few more kilos before I hit my goal weight!!

Very well constructed training had a private session with the coach and i learned alot from him. Basic skills were all taught as im a beginner and would definitely recommend others to join. Very friendly and understanding coach as well. Thank you for the wonderful training ! Will definitely go for more

Kickboxing: It has been 1 month now and training has been great and also made a level up on my growth both physically & mentally! Not only did i learn the in depth techniques of the sport but ive also improve on my overall physical condition through the fun but tiring training sessions😂

Awesome training ! Love the attentiveness of the trainer during the kick boxing session. Will recommend others to try the training.

Kickboxing: A friendly and dedicated trainer. He is firm but not overbearing, and very encouraging during the sessions. As I have not tried kickboxing before or 1-1 trainings, I was rather apprehensive bout this. But this is better than I expected and i've enjoyed my sessions. 😊

Kickboxing: Training was very fun & enjoyable!🖒 Honestly one of the best workout ive ever had! Coach is easy going & friendly. And also very accomodative with the schedule. Really appreciate that! He also works with me on my own personal weight loss goals and advised me on my dieting. Awesome & affordable training!💯💯
