Great communication
Above and beyond
Seller was not truthful when selling the item. Item had a broken/damaged wheel which seller or someone had tried to repair to no success. This was not highlighted when item was listed. Item was also shipped in poor packaging, the front wheels were out of alignment when I received it and I had to fix it myself. Maybe it's bad luck on my part buy I'm surely not pleased with this buy.

Seller was sincere and quick to respond and willing to assist me with the shortcoming and even offered to source out a new set of tires. Matter solved
