Grateful that seller go extra mile to send me item to my nearest pick up location to deal. However, am disappointed as item posted as brand new but when received its washed and not brand new, without Tag. The pufftech jacket is very soft and Seller says washed before selling due to storage and dust. I suggest next time please don't mislead and post item as Brand new if its without Tag. Thanks.

Thanks for the comment! Just to clarify, I clearly stated it as BRAND NEW as the condition is as such. It has never been used before, I did not lie. Buyer repeatedly asked me follow up questions ie. "Is the hood removable" when the picture depicted as such. Buyer is not friendly; tried to shame and outsmart my daughter, complained that the item is not completely brand new, and not "puffy enough" due to lack unds of old design. If condition not up to ur standard, please buy from the real store.
