User sold me a new Joola pro IV paddle and said it was original. I inspected further and can see printing defect.  I wasn’t able to register the paddle with Joola app for warranty. Seller refuted claim and refused a refund.  Seller has sold similar products and has similar listings. Beware!! Note : same product can be purchased from other platforms for 20% of what this seller has sold for.

Very bad experience with seller. Dishonest. Give chance to redeem himself, but chose not to. Sold a non-authentic item, but advertised as authentic item. Insisted as authentic. Suggested to bring shop to authenticate, but remained silent. Highly avoid at all costs. For past buyers, better check authenticity of items. Never had any problems with sellers, until this guy. Smelly business. Stay away.
