Should not offer if you are not sure whether you want to buy. Kind of rude to MIA after people accepted your offer and reserved the item for you. At least reply people to tell them you changed your mind ahead of time.

Seller changed timing 3 times and asked to postpone the week after when I didn't need the item anymore. Waited till I msged her when I was at the location she stipulated and her timing to tell me she has personal stuff on. No show and inconsiderate
