Hi there, sorry you had an unpleasant experience but my recollection is different. I handed you the book first and you flipped through it. If you had issues with the condition of the book, you had every opportunity to raise this to me before you paid. I took the cash with a smile and said “cheers”. Business concluded, I turned to go.
