Not very understanding of the fact that things happen that are out of our control; someone that lacks empathy, compassion and understanding shouldn't be dealt with. I have had a sick child and been in hospital, myself. Offered proof of my illness & refund, she refused BOTH. Swore at me, harassed me and abused me. Nasty piece of work.
