Buyer asked for compensation eventho parcel damaged due to carelessness of courier so compensation given. Item was wrapped but not from top to bottom hence why parcel was damaged

I even stated how despite all the inconveniences, you're still a trustworthy seller and recommended you for further sales. You're being very unprofessional about this whole ordeal considering the poor shipping is ultimately faulted by the fact you did not package the item properly.
