Fast and decisive

Seller wrongly listed an ottoman as black Color and it was actually brown. When I came to collect, I only noticed this and there was no compensation offered even though I have now spent over $20 in transportation fees. Very disappointing.
Very pleasant and polite seller. Very accommodating too. Thank you.
