George was helpful and quick in answering my queries. There are no hidden fees. It is quite cheap as many things are included in the package. Can taste difference in water instantly. Don't have weird taste like some alkaline water. Will recommend to my friends next time.

Item received next day. Company called to arrange for installation. Technician was fast and professional. Water is fresh without chlorine taste . Overall is cheap given everything is included in the price.
