The bag was brand new with tag. I checked before sending it out. I don’t know what cleaning materials you used or what way you cleaned it to make the peeling off. I have sold quite a few handbags in this platform. Each piece was clearly stated Brand New, Well Used or Heavily Used according to the actual condition. Always good response and comments from buyers.
