True as the other review says, THIS ACCOUNT AND HANDLER IS BOGUS!! she reserved an item and sounded credible (i wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt, despite the negative reviews), but never notified for any cancellation or what not. How unprofessional & rude. What a very uneducated thing to do! Do not trust this account ever, unless she pays outright, this person is a joy reserver. BOGUS!!
