Waiting 2 hours after original time. Despite low balling me, still ask me to give a guarantee for a $35 hand phone.

Was rushing to answer a call and the buyer passed me $50 short. Once i realised contacted him and he went missing. Dishonest.

Sounded sincere to purchase but did not turn up for the first meet up. Called the following day explaining lost his phone and give me another contact to meet up. 2nd time messaging on the way at around 7++pm but did not even turn up and doesn't have courtesy to say not coming. Maybe is just playing plank on people...

Sounded sincere then give a number that is not valid and then just went dead. Have the basic courtesy to inform even if u want to call off the deal.
