Unreasonable and fussy buyer who asked for a full refund when the item sold was brand new in plastic and box. And it was NOT to my knowledge what was the condition of the item since it was in wrapped up perfectly untouched condition. Called item defective, kept complaining, and told me how busy work was like. Extremely unpleasant and will not deal again.

Informed buyer of confirmation from original shop owner with screen shots that item is NOT defective as accused and asked for ways to resolve since brand new item was not up to her expectations, however still haresssed with multiple messages for refund over 2 weeks. Given FULL refund. Extremely unpleasant and entitled. Please buy from brick and mortar shops. Will not deal
2 years ago (edited)Your review is very misleading. You lacked transparency regarding the mattress topper's age and refused to acknowledge its defects, even after weeks of it not expanding. I patiently waited 3 weeks for the topper to expand and I updated you weekly on its progress with photos. I was kind and patient with the situation. I didn't even request a refund until after waiting 3 weeks for it to expand and I even offered to return it to you in person.
