My mum is not able to hv new sink support due my dad's health sensitive to dust. One day my dad was warded in hospital for almost a week. I randomly found Alan on carousel. Alan was really knowledgeable and advised us accordingly as to what is needed. he explained to us clearly on the clogging of our squat toilet and told us what is needed and the cost of it. There is no hidden or extra charges and he didn’t hard sell anything. He explains things and leave us to think about it before starting the work. Everything was done quickly and very well done! The renovation went very well and came with a one-year warranty! The contractor was responsive, punctual, and even finished the job ahead of schedule. I'm always afraid that I might be conned by a contractor, so this was a pleasant surprise. Now I know a good contractor whom I can rely on in the future! Recommended!
