Sellers beware. Buyer was supposed to advise timing to pick up a fridge so I could turn it off in time for pick up... instead, the buyer ghosted for days, even after i accepted their offer, which blocked other potential buyers.

Made an offer and then disappeared for days. When the buyer reappeared to reply to my messages, we had to haggle over the meeting point, even though my dealing locations was stated clearly. Not a good use of time.
